CANCELLATION

You may cancel the booking at least 1 hr before the pickup time. If you cancel the ride any time before 1 hr of the travel time, you will get a 100% refund. Cancellation within one hour of travel time will have 50% cancellation charges. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Aside from the cancellation of your booking, you can also modify your planned time, type of vehicle and destination. However, the journey can't be adjusted within 8 hours of your booking.

REFUND

If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Return Policy” above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at support@travelday.in or call us at +91 8124615033 during the business hours.
