These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and transactions made with Travel Day (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, booking any service, or using our travel solutions, you agree to comply with and accept the following terms and conditions.

These conditions apply to all services provided by Travel Day including Cab Rentals, Holiday Packages, Hotel Bookings, Flight Ticketing, Visa Assistance, Travel Insurance, Forex Services, Acting Driver Services, Bus & Train Bookings, and other travel-related services.

Customers are advised to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming any booking with Travel Day.

Your Booking Contract

When a booking is confirmed with Travel Day, a contractual agreement is established between the customer (“you”) and Travel Day (“Company”).

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Travel Day. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to operational limitations, non-payment, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances.

No employee, representative, or third party other than authorized management of Travel Day has the authority to alter, modify, or waive any of these Terms & Conditions unless confirmed in writing by the company.

Booking & Confirmation

To confirm and secure a booking, customers may be required to make an advance payment or full payment depending on the service type, travel season, supplier policies, or booking conditions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and travel information
  • Reviewing travel itineraries and booking details carefully
  • Ensuring all traveler documents are valid and updated

Travel Day reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking without prior notice if payment is not received within the specified timeline.

Customer Responsibility

Accurate information at booking is essential — corrections later may incur supplier charges or affect confirmation.

Payment Policy

Customers are required to complete payments as per the agreed booking schedule communicated by our team.

The company may request:

  • Full advance payment for certain services
  • Partial deposits for holiday packages and group bookings
  • Immediate payment for last-minute bookings or special requests

Failure to complete payment within the due date may result in:

  • Cancellation of the booking
  • Additional supplier charges
  • Loss of confirmed reservations

Travel Day shall not be responsible for any price increase caused by airline fare revisions, hotel tariff changes, fuel surcharges, government taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier policy changes after the booking confirmation.

Amendments & Changes to Booking

Customers requesting modifications to confirmed bookings such as:

  • Date Changes
  • Name Corrections
  • Vehicle Changes
  • Hotel Upgrades
  • Itinerary Modifications

must contact Travel Day directly.

All amendments are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Supplier policies
  • Additional charges if applicable

Travel Day does not guarantee that requested changes can always be accommodated after confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation of bookings by contacting Travel Day through phone, email, or official communication channels.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on:

  • Airline policies
  • Hotel cancellation rules
  • Vendor terms & conditions
  • Time of cancellation before departure
  • Seasonal or promotional bookings

Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation terms of the respective service providers.

Certain bookings including:

  • Promotional fares
  • Peak season bookings
  • Last-minute reservations
  • Visa fees
  • Convenience charges
  • Service charges

may be non-refundable.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on airlines, hotels, banks, or third-party vendors.

Refund Notice

Promotional, peak-season and last-minute bookings, as well as visa fees and supplier service charges, are typically non-refundable.

Travel Documents & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for carrying valid travel documents including:

  • Government-issued ID proof
  • Passport
  • Visa
  • Travel Insurance
  • Entry permits or certificates if required

Travel Day shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration issues, missed travel, or losses arising due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authorities. Travel Day only provides assistance and guidance for documentation and application processing.

We do not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Processing timelines
  • Immigration clearance

Visa fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable.

Service Responsibility

Travel Day acts as a travel facilitator and coordinates services through airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies, insurance companies, and other travel partners.

While we strive to provide smooth travel experiences, we are not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Hotel overbookings
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Political disturbances or strikes
  • Traffic delays
  • Loss of baggage or valuables
  • Supplier operational failures

Customers are advised to safeguard their belongings and act responsibly throughout the journey.

Travel Disclaimer

Travel Day acts as a coordinator between you and third-party providers — we mediate, we don't operate flights, hotels or vehicles.

Conduct During Travel

Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the use of Travel Day services.

Travel Day reserves the right to terminate services without refund if any traveler:

  • Engages in unlawful activities
  • Misbehaves with staff, drivers, vendors, or fellow travelers
  • Causes damage to vehicles or property
  • Violates safety regulations

No Smoking & Safety Policy

Smoking, consumption of prohibited substances, or unlawful behavior inside vehicles arranged by Travel Day is strictly prohibited.

Customers are requested to follow:

  • Vehicle safety guidelines
  • Driver instructions
  • Local travel regulations

Travel Day prioritizes passenger safety and reserves the right to refuse service in case of policy violations.

Safety First

Passenger safety is our top priority — verified drivers, insured vehicles, and zero-tolerance policy for safety violations.

Website, Pricing & Content Disclaimer

The information available on our website, brochures, itineraries, advertisements, and promotional materials is regularly updated for accuracy. However:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Images are for representation purposes only
  • Certain services may vary depending on availability and location

Travel Day reserves the right to modify website content, pricing, itineraries, and service inclusions at any time.

Force Majeure

Travel Day shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, loss, or disruption caused due to circumstances beyond our control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods or earthquakes
  • Pandemic situations
  • Government restrictions
  • Civil unrest
  • War or terrorism
  • Transport strikes or technical failures

In such situations, applicable supplier rules and rescheduling policies shall apply.

Customer information shared with Travel Day will be handled securely and responsibly as per our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, customers consent to the collection and usage of their information for booking, operational, and customer support purposes.
