1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us. Verbal or unconfirmed bookings do not constitute a contract.

2. Pricing

All quoted prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and full payment is received. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply.

3. Payment

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of booking (cab, package, flight, hotel, visa, insurance). Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–15 working days.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) where required
• Comply with the laws and regulations of destinations visited
• Respect the property of partners, drivers, hotels and venues

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to ensure the quality of our services, Travel Day Exclusive acts as a coordinator between you and third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, weather, government action, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design and code — is the property of Travel Day Exclusive and protected by applicable IP laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
